Divination
Divination is the practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by interpreting signs, symbols, and other spiritual messages. It is a powerful tool for gaining insight and understanding, and can be used in many different ways to enhance your spiritual practice.
There are many forms of divination, each with its own unique techniques and traditions. Some of the most popular forms of divination include tarot reading (my personal favourite) , pendulum dowsing, scrying, and runes.
Tarot Reading
Tarot reading involves using a deck of 78 cards to gain insight and understanding. Each card has a specific meaning and can be interpreted in many different ways. To perform a tarot reading, shuffle the deck while concentrating on your question or intention. Then, draw cards and interpret their meanings based on the question or situation at hand.
Pendulum Dowsing
Pendulum dowsing involves using a weighted object, such as a crystal, on a string or chain to gain insight and understanding. To perform pendulum dowsing, hold the pendulum over your palm or another surface and ask a yes or no question. The pendulum will swing in a specific direction to indicate the answer.
Scrying
Scrying involves using a reflective surface, such as a crystal ball or mirror, to gain insight and understanding. To perform scrying, gaze into the reflective surface while concentrating on your question or intention. Images and symbols may appear, which can be interpreted to gain insight.
Runes
Runes are an ancient form of divination that involve using symbols carved into stones or wood to gain insight and understanding. To perform a rune reading, select a set of runes and concentrate on your question or intention. Draw runes from the set and interpret their meanings based on the question or situation at hand.
No matter which form of divination you choose to practice, it is important to approach it with an open mind and a clear intention. Remember that divination is a tool for gaining insight and understanding, and that the messages you receive are meant to guide you on your spiritual journey.
